Hey, it's me Ahmad Medhat, An EXOS Performance Specialist & Australian Strength Performance (ASP) Fat Loss Specialist with 7Yrs coaching experience and 20Yrs athletic experience.Despite originally developing that program based on studies I completed and certifications I have received, I also got inspired by a great rule set by the renowned Entrepreneur & investor Naval Ravikant, “To write a great book, you must first become the book”, a rule applicable on every field and every level, so in order to be able to coach and teach an athlete, you must first become the athlete. This rule will allow you to always be one step ahead. Always keeping this rule in mind made me build this program based on my personal experience as an athlete, who wants to change physically and mentally through sports, to keep on moving and training to become the better version of himself and not just become a Pro Athlete.
My program is designed to provide 4 weekly sessions, 60 mins each. It will have 16 different full-body workouts, that could be easily performed at a gym or any CrossFit & Performance Training facilities, as we offer you with a full explanation of how to perform each workout using specialized machines and other substitutes at a CrossFit facility.
The program aims to enhance any athlete physically through achieving their goals of weight loss, strength gaining or muscles building through working on the 3 planes of motion, and to enhance any athlete mentally through witnessing real results of their discipline and commitment in the form of better health and shape.
It's an intermediate-advanced level program, however easier substitutes and options are available to beginners, whom I advise to be supervised by an expert in circuit and weight training to ensure best form.
The program is suitable for athletes from both genders.
